To place an order online through our shopping cart system, you must select the item(s) you would like to purchase and add it (them) to the shopping cart. To add an item to the shopping cart, simply press the 'Add to Cart' button found below the price on the item's page. When you are done adding all of the items you would like to purchase to the shopping cart, you will then need to select 'Secure Checkout' on the bottom right of the shopping cart screen, and follow the directions on screen to enter your information and complete checkout. Please note that all of your information is 100% secure and will not be sold to third parties.
After completing checkout, you will receive a confirmation email from Paypal, Inc. with the details of your transaction. Please keep this email or print it for your records in case you have any questions about your order in the future. You will then receive an email from our automatic shipping system (U.S. customers only!) on the day that your order ships with your delivery confirmation number so that you can track your order. All orders are usually shipped out the next business day (Monday through Friday) after they are placed unless otherwise noted.

Returns & Exchanges

Mixtapes Online wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchases from us. If you receive a defective item, we will replace it, no questions asked, within a month after you have received the item. If this happens, please email us stating which item you have received that is defective and that you are sending it back to us for a replacement. Then, you will need to send it along with a piece of paper indicating your name, full address, and the name of the item that is defective to:

Once we receive the defective item, we will send you out an exact working replacement the next business day via First Class Mail.
Due to the ease at which media can be duplicated, we can unfortunately not accept returns/exchanges on mixtapes unless they are defective. We can accept exchanges on DVDs within 2 weeks after purchase as long as they have not been opened and the original shrink wrap is still in place. We can also accept exchanges on clothing items within 2 weeks after purchase as long as they have not been worn (other than trying it on), washed, or stained and the tags are still attached. You will need to send the item along with a peice of paper indicating your name, full address, and the reason for the return/exchange to the address listed above.

Mixtapes Online aims to completely fulfill and ship all orders within 1-2 business days after being placed, however in certain cases an item (or in rare cases items ) from an order may be out of stock and we will not receive it (them) back in stock within these 1-2 business days. In this case, we will not hold up the rest of your order, but will ship out the rest of your order and include a note stating which of the items in your order is on backorder and when we expect them to be back in stock. Once we get the backordered item(s) back in stock (usually this is within 2-5 business days) we will ship it (them) out to you in a separate package, and you will NOT be billed any additional shipping fees. You also have the option at any time before shipment to request an exchange or refund on the backordered item(s).
